Returns and exchanges policy

 RETURN OF GOODS
Refunds or exchanges of goods (without product changes) will be made if significant differences are found between the goods and the description on the website. The returned product must have no traces of use, its original appearance and all consumer qualities. The company refunds the money minus shipping and transfer costs. The transfer will be credited to the customer’s account within 10 working days from the goods return. The customer is responsible for the goods safety during shipment until the company receives them, so we recommend using delivery services that insure packages. In order to receive a refund, we need photos confirming the reason for the return.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS
The purchaser is entitled to exchange the product for a similar one provided by the seller in the case of: If the product is not appropriate the customer and is not used, and its presentation, consumer properties, labels, seals are also retained. It is possible to return and exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, the product has no traces of use, retains its complete package, presentation and consumer qualities. In the following cases, the goods will not be exchanged:

• If the product has been used and found defective or incomplete

• More than 14 days after purchasing.
