BUYING PROCEDURE

In order to purchase the selected product on step2clean.com.ua, you need to add the product to the shopping cart. Fill in the order form with your full name, city, branch and payment method. Then a manager will contact you to confirm your order and clarify the details.

PAYMENT

  • Cash (cash on delivery by Nova Poshta, additional payment – 20 UAH + 2% of the payment amount);
  • 100% payment to PrivatBank card according to the details.
  • Orders for the amount of up to 350 UAH will be sent only in case of 100% advance payment.

After prepayment, please send a photo or screenshot of the receipt with your name and order number. Please contact us at step2clean18@gmail.com or Viber.

DELIVERY

We use Nova Poshta service to deliver the goods in Ukraine. To do this, you need to specify the region, city and branch number.
